I just passed 6 miles in my swim across the English Channel today! I have been setting small goals along the way and it makes it easier to work hard. I have also started to swim some laps in the 25 meter lap pool at the club instead of the 18 meter pool because the water is colder and it makes me swim faster to stay warm! I usually like to swim breast stroke, but I have started to do some back stroke laps too. My back stroke is getting quite fast.
